- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, green onion, and relish to the bowl; mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise to taste.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavors.
