  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in shredded cabbage and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Pour over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
