- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup sliced bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water. Pour over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
