- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey.
- Add in oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top before baking.
