- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, rice, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
