- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 4 cups potatoes, diced

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the potatoes, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
