- 2 cups kale, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Add the chicken broth, kale, carrots, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
