- 3 ripe bananas mashed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the sour cream.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, toast the walnuts before adding them to the batter.
- This cake can be served plain or with whipped cream on top.
