Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; mix well and press into the bottoms of mini tart pans.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour the lime mixture into the prepared crusts and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top each mini pie with whipped cream before serving.

- For added flavor, consider adding more lime zest on top.
