- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Hershey's chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- In another bowl, combine powdered sugar and whipping cream. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more chocolate chips.
- Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving.
