Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, combine powdered sugar and whipping cream. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Fold melted chocolate into whipped cream.
  7. Spread the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
