- 2 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh blackberries and shredded coconut.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use coconut cream instead of sweetened condensed milk.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch!
