- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding eggs and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Squeeze strips of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove churros and drain on paper towels.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then coat the churros while still warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can dip the churros in chocolate sauce.
- Serve churros fresh for the best texture.
