Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then slice into bars and enjoy!
