- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until dissolved.
- Add cream, marshmallows, and butter, stirring until mixed.
- Remove from heat, then add vanilla and nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and let cool.
- Once set, melt chocolate chips and coat the bars.
- Let the chocolate set before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting.
- For a twist, try adding different nuts or flavorings.
