Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Pour the chocolate over the baked coconut layer and let it set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
