- 2 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the cucumbers and onions by slicing them thinly.
- In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, turmeric, and celery seeds. Bring to a boil.
- Add cucumbers and onions to the mixture, stirring well.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to sterilized jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

- These pickles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
