This rich and creamy cheesecake combines the flavors of strawberry shortcake in a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
