  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
  5. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and top the cheesecake with strawberries.
