- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
- Let the cheesecake cool in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and top the cheesecake with strawberries.
Notes
- For a richer taste, consider adding a layer of strawberry sauce on top of the whipped cream.
- Best served chilled.
