- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain any excess fat.
- Add the mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce or jalapeños.
