  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in cashews, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil and green onions.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
