- 4 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drizzle the honey over the corn and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the corn is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This dish is best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated gently on the stove.
