- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, honey, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, mix together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture.
- Stir in the milk and eggs until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add more honey to the batter or drizzle on top before serving.
- Serve warm with additional butter.
