Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and mix well.
- Shape mixture into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour over meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
