Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in honey and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Slice the grilled chicken and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, diced avocado, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the rice mixture with sliced chicken and serve.
