Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
