Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Place pork chops in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the honey mustard mixture for a few hours before cooking.
