  • Chicken Bites:

    • 1 lb chicken breast (cubed)

    • Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)

    • ½ cup flour or cornstarch

    • 2 tbsp oil (for frying)

  • Honey Pepper Sauce:

    • ¼ cup honey

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tsp black pepper

    • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

    • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Garlic Cream Pasta:

    • 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

    • 2 tbsp butter

    • 4 garlic cloves, minced

    • 1 cup heavy cream

    • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • Additional:

    • Salt, pepper to taste

    • Chopped parsley (garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and dredge in flour or cornstarch.

  • Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden and cooked through.

  • In a small pan, simmer the honey pepper sauce until slightly thickened. Add chicken and coat well.

  • In a separate skillet, sauté garlic in butter, add cream and Parmesan, and season.

  • Toss pasta in the cream sauce, then top with honey pepper chicken and garnish with parsley.

  • Use cornstarch for extra crispiness.

  • Add veggies like broccoli or mushrooms for extra flavor.

  • Adjust spice level by changing hot sauce amount.
