  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, Honeycrisp apples, turkey bacon, chicken ham, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
