- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, Honeycrisp apples, turkey bacon, chicken ham, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, consider adding chopped nuts.
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
