A delicious pull-apart bread featuring melty brie, sweet cranberry, and crunchy pistachio, drizzled with hot honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1 cup brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the sourdough loaf into squares without cutting all the way through.
  3. Insert pieces of brie cheese into the cuts of the bread.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce into the cuts.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and rosemary on top.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over the bread.
  7. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the honey.
