- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the sourdough loaf into squares without cutting all the way through.
- Insert pieces of brie cheese into the cuts of the bread.
- Spread cranberry sauce into the cuts.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios and rosemary on top.
- Drizzle hot honey over the bread.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the honey.
