- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini halves and fill with the cheese mixture.
- Place the filled zucchinis on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
