- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

- Top with additional blueberries before serving for a fresh touch.
