Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
