			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
 - 1/2 cup whipped cream
 - 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
 - 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
 - In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
 - Press the dough into the muffin cups, creating a cup shape. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm.
 - Let the cups cool completely.
 - In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, coffee, and coffee liqueur (if using).
 - Spoon the mascarpone mixture into the cooled cookie cups.
 - Dust with cocoa powder before serving. Enjoy!
 
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of brewed coffee.
 - Use a piping bag to fill the cups for a neater presentation.
