- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 cups custard filling

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a dollop of custard filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
- Allow the filled dough to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the bomboloni until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh yeast.
- You can fill bomboloni with various fillings like jam or chocolate.
