- 1 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, 3 eggs, and coffee until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan.
- In another bowl, blend the ricotta, remaining egg, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the batter.
- Add the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
