Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk to the dry ingredients; mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Once the cake is baked and cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly on top.
