- 400 grams ladyfinger cookies

- 300 ml heavy cream
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed espresso
- cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in brewed espresso quickly to avoid sogginess.
- Layer the bottom of a serving dish with dipped ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the cheese mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For a variation, add a layer of chocolate ganache between the layers.
- Make sure to use freshly brewed espresso for the best flavor.
