  • cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip ladyfingers in brewed espresso quickly to avoid sogginess.
  3. Layer the bottom of a serving dish with dipped ladyfingers.
  4. Add a layer of cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with the cheese mixture on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes
