Instructions

- Add the eggs one at a time, incorporating each fully before adding the next.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the ricotta mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the lemon and orange zests.
- Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
