- 1 package egg roll wrappers

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the egg roll wrapper according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon to the filling.
- Adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of jalapeños used.
