- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, turkey bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Brush the top with olive oil and repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add more jalapeños to the filling.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
