- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine beef cubes with jerk seasoning and olive oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to desired doneness.
- In another bowl, mix mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, and cilantro to make the salsa.
- Serve the beef skewers with mango salsa on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight.
- Use wooden skewers soaked in water to prevent burning on the grill.
