Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine beef cubes with jerk seasoning and olive oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. In another bowl, mix mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, lime juice, and cilantro to make the salsa.
