- 1 pound jerk-seasoned beef
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups tropical rice blend

- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
- Prepare the tropical rice according to package instructions with coconut milk.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Add jerk beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
- Add in the cooked rice and lime juice, mix everything well, and season with salt.
