- 1 crown roast of lamb
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped

- 1/2 cup lamb stock
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the crown roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour lamb stock into the pan.
- Roast the lamb for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.

- For best results, let the lamb sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust herbs according to preference for a personalized flavor.
