  • 1/2 cup lamb stock

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Rub the mixture all over the crown roast.
  4. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour lamb stock into the pan.

  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
