Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side to desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Dijon mustard. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Return the steaks to the pan to coat them in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
