Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apple and caramel sauce.
- Form the dough into scone shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
