- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute until melted and smooth.
- Add eggs and mix well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the cheese mixture and mix until well blended.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a rectangle shape.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
