Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
- Grease a baking sheet and spread the mixture into a flat shape.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

- For added flavor, sprinkle herbs on top before baking.
