Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in enough batter to form a thin pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In a separate skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Serve the blintzes with crispy turkey bacon on the side.
