Instructions
- Marinate the beef brisket in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and brown sugar for at least an hour.
- Cook the marinated beef in a hot pan until browned and cooked through.
- Layer the cooked rice in a serving dish.
- Add the cooked beef on top of the rice.
- Top with kimchi and sliced green onions.
- Serve warm.
