  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, breadcrumbs, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise and gochujang in a small bowl.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, serve with spicy mayo drizzled on top.
