- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, breadcrumbs, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise and gochujang in a small bowl.
- Once meatballs are cooked, serve with spicy mayo drizzled on top.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of gochujang.
- These meatballs can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
