- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, diced ham, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 4 noodles over the sauce, followed by 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and 1/3 of the marinara sauce.
- Repeat layers two more times, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the final layer.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped spinach or mushrooms between the layers.
