Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, diced ham, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 noodles over the sauce, followed by 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the mozzarella, and 1/3 of the marinara sauce.
  6. Repeat layers two more times, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the final layer.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped spinach or mushrooms between the layers.
