Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and powdered sugar, then add the melted butter and combine.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, lemon zest, and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until set.
  8. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
